Yes – PayAngel operates a 24/7 service. That means, we make payments around the clock unless you asked the recipient to collect cash over the counter from our partner bank, in which case the recipient can only cash out during banking hours
Bank Transfers are deposited into the recipient’s bank account; the recipient can cash out any time immediately after the deposit is made.
Mobile Money transfers are deposited into the recipient’s mobile wallet; the recipient can cash out any time immediately after the deposit is made.
Over the Counter Cash Pickup is available through any GT Bank Branch during banking hours.
Cash Pick-up tokens issued via Airtel-Tigo are available immediately for collection via Airtel-Tigo agents.
Transfers made into Bank Accounts (Bank Deposits) will be credited into the Beneficiary’s account the same day (Monday to Friday) provided the transfers are made before 4pm GMT. All transfers made after this cut off time will be processed and credited to the Beneficiary’s account the next business day.
Of note - depending on the Beneficiary's Bank, it may take up to 72 hours after the Beneficiary’s account has been credited, for the transfer to reflect in the Beneficiary’s account.
Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment or into your PayAngel Wallet within 5 business days of notifying us of the cancelation of your transaction.
Of note - refunds will be granted provided payout to your Beneficiary has NOT been completed.
