There is no limit to the number of Beneficiaries you can send money to. You can also take advantage of PayAngel's MultiSave feature, which gives unbeatable discounts on transfer fees when you send money to up to 3 Beneficiaries in one single transaction.
Payouts to Beneficiaries are made Monday – Friday during regular business hours.
Cash Pickup is available on Saturdays (10am – 4pm) through our partnership with Tigo’s 10,000+ agents. Cash-Pick up is not available on Sundays.
PayOut into Bank Accounts (or Bank Deposits) are dependent on the banking schedule and are generally not available on weekends or on bank holidays.
Our website is available 24/7 for customers to initiate transfers.
Transfers made into Bank Accounts (Bank Deposits) will be credited into the Beneficiary’s account the same day (Monday to Friday) provided the transfers are made before 4pm GMT. All transfers made after this cut off time will be processed and credited to the Beneficiary’s account the next business day.
Of note - depending on the Beneficiary's Bank, it may take up to 72 hours after the Beneficiary’s account has been credited, for the transfer to reflect in the Beneficiary’s account.
Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment or into your PayAngel Wallet within 5 business days of notifying us of the cancelation of your transaction.
Of note - refunds will be granted provided payout to your Beneficiary has NOT been completed.
