Payment for the transfer has not been received. Transfers will not be processed until payment has been received from the Sender. If payment is not received after 48 hours of creating the transaction, the transfer will be canceled. 

This is a discount given on transfer fees when you send money to up to 3 Beneficiaries in a single transaction.  Discounts Savings also refers to discount coupons offered or reduced fees as a result of promotional activities. 

Discount Savings is calculated solely on transfer fees applicable on the total transaction amount and does not include any extra charges that may be levied on specific payout methods (such as charges levied on credit card transactions).

 

PayAngel MultiSave is a discount package offered on transfer fees when a Remitter sends money to up to 3 Beneficiaries in one single transaction.

All cancellation and refund requests will be processed by PAYANGEL provided payment has not been made to the Beneficiary at the time PAYANGEL processes your cancellation request. Payment will be deemed as made when the Beneficiary collects the funds, or when the funds have been successfully paid into the Beneficiary’s bank or e-wallet account.

Upon successful cancellation, PAYANGEL will refund the Total Transaction amount less Transfer Fees and Charges. Where discounts have been offered, the total refund may be less than the Transfer Amount. In the event that a Beneficiary rejects your transfer or when the Transfer Amount has been returned due to incorrect details, PAYANGEL may charge you a fee equivalent to the Transfer Fee. Transfer fee refunds will only be made when there is undue delay in processing your transfers for payment.
