Acceptable Use Policy

PayAngel Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and restrictions applicable to the use of all websites, applications, products, and services operated or provided by PAYINC GROUP LIMITED and its affiliated entities under the PayAngel brand ("PayAngel," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

This Policy applies globally to users in all jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, Ghana, Kenya, and others.

 

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use PayAngel’s services to engage in activities that are illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited by this Policy, including but not limited to:

A. Illegal Activities

  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance.
  • Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation of arms, or tax evasion.
  • Using the service to support or finance unlawful activities, including trafficking, bribery, or extortion.

B. Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices

  • Impersonating another individual or entity.
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration or transaction processing.
  • Using stolen financial instruments or credentials.

C. Abuse of Service

  • Circumventing security controls or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any service, network, or system.
  • Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access our services.
  • Initiating Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks or distributing malware or spyware.

D. Restricted Financial Activities

  • Processing payments for:
    • Illegal gambling or betting.
    • Unlicensed money transmission.
    • Ponzi schemes or high-yield investment programs.
    • Unregistered securities or pyramid sales.

E. Sanctioned Activities

  • Engaging in or supporting transactions involving entities, individuals, or countries subject to international sanctions (e.g., OFAC, EU, UN, UK).

F. Content Violations

  • Sharing or transmitting offensive, violent, abusive, or discriminatory material.
  • Distributing content that infringes intellectual property rights.

 

3. Geographic and Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of PayAngel complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • UK: Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and UK GDPR compliance.
  • EU: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • US: Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC, and state financial laws.
  • Canada: PIPEDA and FINTRAC regulations.
  • Australia: Australian Privacy Principles and AUSTRAC compliance.
  • Ghana: Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and Bank of Ghana requirements.
  • Kenya: Data Protection Act, 2019 and Central Bank of Kenya regulations.

 

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Violation of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of account access.
  • Refusal to process or reversal of transactions.
  • Reporting to regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
  • Legal action, where applicable.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to violations, including seeking compensation for damages or losses incurred.
